Birth Prep: Understanding Your Pelvic Floor

Mama Talks - Community Group - Every 4th Saturday at 10am

Every month, we offer a community group for all expecting and new mothers. Whether your place of birth is with us, at home, or in the hospital, we invite you to dive deep into answering any questions you discover during this phase of life.

Open to anyone, and registration is not required.

Lap children welcome.

Hypnobabies

Hypnobabies is a nationally-regarded, fun, and engaging childbirth education class. This comprehensive six-week course is backed by up-to-date research in psychology, mindfulness, and neurology and provides complete childbirth education and childbirth hypnosis training. Through our hypnosis tools and practical information, you will learn: Mind-body awareness and connection How to achieve DEEP relaxation even through intense sensations Productive communication with your birth team How and when a birth partner can stay involved and supportive

Birth Help Childbirth Classes

Birth Help offers a Natural Birth Series, Comfort Measures Class and Private Classes. When possible, it is best to participate in our Natural Birth Series followed by Comfort Measures Class. Birth Help primarily offers in-person participation for Natural Birth Series. Virtual series are offered several times per year and are convenient for those living outside the Baton Rouge area or who prefer to participate in the comfort of their own home.
